The Focker family is expanding.

Universal has revealed that the fourth movie in the Meet the Parents franchise will be titled Focker-in-Law. Additionally, Ariana Grande, Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Teri Polo, and Beanie Feldstein have all been confirmed to star in the comedy sequel, while Skyler Gisondo remains in talks to play the son of Greg and Pam Focker.

Check out the movie’s title and cast reveal teaser video below.

A fourth Meet the Parents movie was first reported to be in development in December 2024. John Hamburg — who co-wrote all three prior films in the franchise — returned to write the screenplay for Focker-in-Law. He will also helm the sequel, succeeding Jay Roach (Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers) and Paul Weitz (Little Fockers) in the director’s chair.

Plot details remain largely under wraps, although the sequel reportedly revolves around Greg and Pam’s son’s engagement to a ball-busting woman (Grande) who seems all wrong for him. The official title adds credence to this reported plotline as Stiller’s Greg Focker would be Grande’s future focker, I mean, father-in-law.

Principal photography is slated to begin in August in New York City. Focker-in-Law will be released in theaters on November 25, 2026.
