WHAT I WATCHED THIS WEEK
They Call Me MISTER Tibbs! (1970) – NOT nearly as good as In The Heat Of The Night. For some odd reason they moved the character from Pittsburgh to San Francisco AND gave him a wife and two kids after he straight up said he wasn’t married in the first film. The film was boring and he’s a terrible husband/dad in it. Felt like a huge departure for the character. I had no idea they even made a third film with him as well. 2/5
