The BBC has just released the first teaser trailer for Dracula, its newest limited series and co-production with Netflix from the makers of Sherlock, Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat.
The three-part series, stars Danish actor Claes Bang as Count Dracula, and is inspired by Bram Stoker’s classic novel and will hopefully re-introduce the world to Dracula. And after recently watching Francis Ford Coppola‘s snooze-fest, that is surely welcomed news.
Well god damn was that trailer full of some crazy images or what?!? That music intensifies the imagery through out. You’ve got a bug crawling in an eyeball, rotting fingernails wiggling in someone’s flesh, old dudes with an unusually large tongue, and some crazy Evil Dead looking thing coming out of a box. And an army of nuns arming themselves with stakes!
Plot Synopsis:
Dracula will air on BBC One in the UK and Netflix everywhere else sometime in the near future.
