‘Inside Out 2’ Trailer: Make Room for New Emotions

Pixar has released an official trailer for Inside Out 2, an animated sequel to the 2015 film, Inside Out. Let’s take a look.

Inside Out 2 features the voices of Amy Poehler as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as Anger, Tony Hale as Fear (replacing Bill Hader), Liza Lapira as Disgust (replacing Mindy Kaling), Maya Hawke as Anxiety, Ayo Edebiri as Envy, Adèle Exarchopoulos as Ennui, Paul Walter Hauser as Embarrassment, Kensington Tallman as Riley Andersen (replacing Kaitlyn Dias), Diane Lane as Mrs. Andersen, and Kyle MacLachlan as Mr. Andersen.

Plot Synopsis:

Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2 returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.

Inside Out 2 opens in theaters on June 14, 2024.
