Netflix has released a first look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher Season 4.
This will be the first season with Hemsworth’s Geralt. Henry Cavill previously portrayed the fan-favorite character through the show’s first three seasons. He departed the series in October 2022.
Production on Season 4 began in April 2024 at Longcross Studios in the UK. Season 5 is currently being written and will be filmed right after Season 4 wraps. The fourth and fifth seasons will cover the remaining three books of author Andrzej Sapkowski’s Witcher novels — Baptism of Fire, The Tower of the Swallow, and Lady of the Lake.
The first three seasons of The Witcher are available to stream on Netflix.
