Max has released an official teaser trailer for Peacemaker Season 2. While the first season was set in the DC Extended Universe, the trailer for the new season wastes no time letting fans know that John Cena’s title character has been fully integrated into the DC Universe.
John Cena reprises his role from the DCEU as Christopher Smith / Peacemaker in Peacemaker Season 2, which will mark his first DCU appearance. Also back from the DCEU days are Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase / Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt, Steve Agee as John Economos, and Robert Patrick as August “Auggie” Smith / White Dragon.
Actors from the DCU who are set to appear in Peacemaker Season 2 include Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner / Green Lantern, and Sean Gunn as Maxwell Lord, while Sol Rodríguez and Tim Meadows join the cast as Sasha Bordeaux and Langston Fleury, respectively.
