Maverick filmmaker Robert Rodriguez is stirring up trouble in Hollywood again, and he wants your help to do it.

A few days ago, the director of hit movies From Dusk til Dawn, Desperado, and Sin City announced via his X account the launch of a new venture, Brass Knuckle Films, an action movie label that will give fans the chance to invest directly in the movies produced and pitch movie ideas to Robert Rodriguez himself.

I want to develop my next set of movies with you–the fans and supporters–as investors.

You read that right. You can be a part of a production company.

If you can pony up the cash.

But getting in on the action isn’t out of reach if you aren’t a zillionaire. Investing tiers start at $250 and go up from there. Obviously, the more you invest, the more perks you get and the more return you get on your investment. But whether you have $250 to invest or $10,000, this is a chance for you, as a fan, to get in on the movie making business and even possibly get your dream project made into a legit movie.

Rodriguez goes on to talk about the inefficiencies of the Hollywood system and how his Austin, Texas-based Trouble Maker Studios gives him the unique ability to make movies from the ground up using the same cost-effective methods that allowed him to make El Mariachi for less than $8,000 back in the early 90s.

Together, we’re gonna do something Hollywood has trouble doing themselves, which is developing and producing great action movies efficiently.

If you’ve always dreamed of being a part of the movie making process or possibly even seeing your own vision come alive on the big screen, head on over to Brass Knuckle Films and check out Robert Rodriguez’s pitch. Maybe we’ll see your name show up in the credits of one of his movies in a few years.
