Mister, if you want to poke the spider… Ohhhhh, you have come to the right man.

According to VarietyTramell Tillman has joined the cast of Spider-Man: Brand New Day in an undisclosed role. The actor may be known for his Emmy-nominated role in Apple TV+’s Severance, but let’s not act like his biggest achievement hasn’t been stealing the thunder from Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. The man stole every scene he was in.

Tillman is the latest addition to Brand New Day, which is bringing back Tom Holland’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man for a fourth solo outing. However, word on the street is that Florence Pugh has also joined the movie as her Marvel Cinematic Universe character, Yelena Belova. Of course, this casting is via scooper Daniel Richtman, a source that is usually trustworthy but nowhere near as solid as Variety, so treat it with a grain of salt for now.

Other actors attached to Brand New Day include Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/Punisher, Zendaya as Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, Sadie Sink, and Liza Colón-Zayas.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to hit theaters on July 31, 2026, as part of Phase 6 of the MCU.
