Neon has released an official Redband teaser trailer for The Monkey, an upcoming horror movie based on the short story by Stephen King. Let’s take a look.
Produced by James Wan, The Monkey stars Theo James as twin brothers Hal and Bill. The cast also includes Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Laura Mennell, Christian Convery, Sarah Levy, Rohan Campbell, Colin O’Brien, and Corin Clark.
Plot Synopsis:
When twin brothers Hal and Bill discover their father’s old monkey toy in the attic, a series of gruesome deaths starts occurring all around them. The brothers decide to throw the monkey away and move on with their lives, growing apart over the years. But when the mysterious deaths begin again, the brothers must reunite to find a way to destroy the monkey for good before it takes the lives of everyone close to them.
Written and directed by Osgood Perkins, The Monkey opens in theaters on February 21, 2025.
