First Trailer for Kevin Smith’s Horror-Comedy Anthology ‘Killroy Was Here’

Kevin Smith has surprised everyone by dropping the trailer for Kilroy Was Here. During his Comic Con at Home presentation, he shared the first trailer which you can watch below.

I guess I’ve been living under a rock because I’ve never heard of Kilroy Was Here before. Maybe once in passing but I never knew it was a real thing with roots dating back to the ‘40s.

I’d actually be interested in seeing this but with Smith as director I’m a bit more weary. I’ve never been the biggest fan of his (sorry y’all), but I do want to see Mallrats.

Plot Synopsis:

Based on the World War II “meme,” Killroy Was Here is Smith’s excuse to create a schlocky B-movie horror anthology movie loosely inspired by the piece of graffiti depicting a bald man with a bulbous nose peeking over a wall with the phrase “Kilroy was here.”

Killroy Was Here is expected to hit theaters in early 2021.

What do you guys think? Interested in seeing this at all?
