Warner Bros. has released an official trailer for House Party, an upcoming remake of the fan-favorite ’90s classic. Let’s take a look.
Mhm, interesting. I’ve never seen the original, but this looks like it could be… fine? I don’t know. This was originally planned as an HBO Max exclusive film before Warner Bros. Discovery CEO “Zazzy” got involved and made it a theatrical release. Was that the right call? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
House Party stars Tosin Cole, Jacob Latimore, Karen Obilom, and D.C. Young Fly, among others. Scott Mescudi, LeBron James, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Lena Waithe, and Anthony Davis will all cameo in the upcoming R-rated comedy as themselves.
Plot Synopsis:
House Party opens in theaters on January 13, 2023.
