Paramount+ has released an official teaser trailer for Lawmen: Bass Reeves, starring David Oyelowo. The series is an offshoot of 1883 and is the fourth installment in the Yellowstone franchise.
Oh yeah, this looks good. I’ll be watching.
Lawmen: Bass Reeves also stars Dennis Quaid, Forrest Goodluck, Lauren E. Banks, Barry Pepper, Grantham Coleman, and Demi Singleton, with Garrett Hedlund, Donald Sutherland, and Shea Whigham in recurring roles. The series is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan.
Plot Synopsis:
Lawmen: Bass Reeves brings the story of the legendary lawman and outlaws of the Wild West to life. Reeves, known as the greatest frontier hero in American history, worked in the Post-Reconstruction era as a federal peace officer in the Indian Territory, capturing over 3,000 of the most dangerous criminals without ever being wounded.
Lawmen: Bass Reeves premieres on Paramount+ this Fall.
