‘Old’ Trailer: Just When You Thought It Was Safe to Go Back to the Beaches

Universal has released an official trailer for Old, the latest film from M. Night Shyamalan. Does it stick the landing? Let’s find out.

Oh yes, I’m digging this. I love a good mystery-thriller and this is looking to check all those boxes. Why are they aging? Can they escape? How did that one girl get pregnant if no one knocked her up? I need answers!

The cast for Old is also insane. It’s a lot of “Oh, hey, that guy!” The main list of actors that will be starring in Old include Gael García Bernal, Eliza Scanlen, Thomasin McKenzie, Aaron Pierre, Alex Wolff, Vicky Krieps, Abbey Lee, Embeth Davidtz, and Rufus Sewell.

Plot Synopsis:

This summer, visionary filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan unveils a chilling, mysterious new thriller about a family on a tropical holiday who discover that the secluded beach where they are relaxing for a few hours is somehow causing them to age rapidly … reducing their entire lives into a single day.

Old hits theaters July 23, 2021.
