Orion Pictures has released the trailer for the film Gretel & Hansel, a darker and creepier retelling of the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tale from director Oz Perkins. Perkins co-wrote the film with Rob Hayes and stars Sophia Lillis, Sammy Leakey and Alice Krige. Lets Take a look!
Creeped out enough? I think it looks great, much better than other recent iterations of the tale (looking at you Jeremy Renner). Yeah, it’s not something you want to take the kids to see, unless you want to pay for therapy. I can’t help but think this would be a perfect Halloween film. Why release it in late January? I have no idea.
