Disney+ has released an official teaser trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, an upcoming series adaptation of the Rick Riordan novels of the same name. Let’s take a look.
FINALLY! I have been waiting my whole life for a faithful adaptation of Riordan’s fantasy novels and Disney+ is finally giving it to me.
Walker Scobell leads the series as the titular demigod with Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Smhadri rounding out the series’ main trio as Annabeth Chase and Grover Underwood, respectively. Percy Jackson also stars Dior Goodjohn, Olivea Morton, Charlie Bushnell, Virginia Kull, Timm Sharp, Jason Mantzoukas, Glynn Turman, and Megan Mullally.
Plot Synopsis:
Percy Jackson and the Olympians will premiere in 2024 on Disney+.
