‘Queer’ Trailer: Based on the Novel by William S. Burroughs

A24 has released an official trailer for Queer, an upcoming period romantic drama film directed by Luca Guadagnino from a screenplay by Justin Kuritzkes, based on the 1985 novel by William S. Burroughs. Let’s take a look.

Queer stars Daniel Craig, Drew Starkey, Lesley Manville, and Jason Schwartzman.

Plot Synopsis:

In 1950s Mexico City, William Lee, an American ex-pat in his late forties, leads a solitary life amidst a small American community. However, the arrival in town of Eugene Allerton, a young student, stirs William into finally establishing a meaningful connection with someone.

Queer opens in theaters on November 27, 2024.
