The Canon Podcast | ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ (1991)

Humpday is upon us once again. Which means it’s time for another episode of The Canon: An Essential Movies Watchlist. This week we welcome The Silence of the Lambs into ScreenAge Wasteland’s Canon.

Happy listening, screenagers!

Episode 18: The Silence of the Lambs (1991)

Enjoy this episode with some fava beans and a nice chianti. Friend of the show David Wilson (@DBWilson2 on Twitter) is back to talk about one of three movies to ever win “the big five” at the Academy Awards. Silence of the Lambs is one of the most quoted, parodied, and referenced movies of the last 35 years and an obvious choice for The Canon. Dave and Raf also chat about some of their best celebrity sightings, the trend of miniseries about American scammers, and the disastrous New York Mets.
