A24 has released an official trailer for The Death of Robin Hood. The upcoming movie serves as a dark reimagining of the Robin Hood myth, starring Hugh Jackman as the title character. Let’s take a look.

Written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, The Death of Robin Hood also stars Jodie Comer, Bill Skarsgård, Murray Bartlett, and Noah Jupe.

Plot Synopsis:

The Death of Robin Hood finds Robin Hood (Jackman) grappling with his past, after a life of crime and murder — and gravely injured, after a battle he thought would be his last. In the hands of a mysterious woman (Comer), he is offered a chance at salvation.

A theatrical release date for The Death of Robin Hood has not been announced at this time.
