‘The French Dispatch’ Trailer: Wes Anderson is Back

Searchlight Pictures has just released the official trailer for Wes Anderson‘s The French Dispatch. It is Anderson’s first live-action project since The Grand Budapest Hotel back in 2014.

Oh yeah! This looks like a Wes Anderson film alright. And what a cast! Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Benicio Del Toro, etc. etc. etc. Anderson knows how to assemble a cast of the living greats, and he does it time and time again.

Anderson has a unique style and form of storytelling and I can’t wait to see how The French Dispatch unfolds on the big screen.

Plot Synopsis:

The staff of a European publication decides to publish a memorial edition highlighting the three best stories from the last decade: an artist sentenced to life imprisonment, student riots, and a kidnapping resolved by a chef.

The French Dispatch hits theaters July 24, 2020.
