Independent Film Company has released an official trailer for The Stunt Driver. The upcoming historical comedy film is based on the life of Canadian daredevil stuntman Ken Carter.
The Stunt Driver stars Jay Baruchel, Laurence Leboeuf, Dan Bakkedahl, Ben Foster, and Ed Helms.
Plot Synopsis:
Set in the mid-seventies, The Stunt Driver recounts the true underdog story of Canada’s Ken Carter, the world champion stunt driver who battles personal demons and public doubt to attempt what everyone considers impossible – a mile-long jump across the St. Lawrence river in a rocket car.
Written and directed by Michael Dowse, The Stunt Driver opens in theaters on September 25, 2026.
