WHAT I WATCHED THIS WEEK
Skyline (2010) – I saw this past week that there was a movie called Beyond Skyline with Frank Grillo in it and wondered if it was related to this film. It does. And there’s apparently another sequel called Skylines as well. And a fourth in pre-production. Anyway, I hadn’t seen the first one in years and just threw it on. It’s a decent enough premise, kept in a single location. I just wish it was a bit more fleshed out. Beyond apparently takes place at the same time as the first one and shows alternates viewpoints of what happens in it. Maybe one day I’ll watch it. 2.5/5
