WHAT I WATCHED THIS WEEK
Cube²: Hypercube (2002) – Well since Tubi had all three (four if you count the Japanese Cube remake) of the Cube films on there I decided to continue on where I left off a few weeks back. The second one definitely had a budget increase, but that didn’t really help the film. It’s still chock full of bad dialogue and now pretty dated FX. That being said I still liked rewatching it. The premise is cool and it plays out really well. 3.2/5
Cube Zero (2005) – Not a great film according to most people online. They complained t about seeing so much about the people behind the cubes. I agree it is a bit much, the fact that the FX a minimal and the acting is a bit better overall the film held my interest for the most part. 3.5/5
