WHAT I WATCHED THIS WEEK
Backdraft 2: Electric Boogaloo (2019) – I had kinda forgotten that this even got made. It was on TV one day and I just left it on. Overall, it’s fine. The case they are trying to solve is kinda boring and the real motivation is just silly It’s just surprising since this is written by the same guy who wrote the original. This time around we follow Sean McCaffrey, the grown son of Kurt Russell’s character from the first film as an investigator with the Chicago F.D (same department). I like Joe Anderson, but man he just feels wasted here. 2.5/5
I also convinced my wife to start Modern Family since neither of us ever watched it. Four episodes in and we’ve laughed pretty far.
