WHAT I WATCHED THIS WEEK
Turbulence (1997) – Came out during the time there were many plane in danger movies like Air Force One, Executive Decision and Passenger 57 yet somehow I never heard of this one (or at least forgot about it). Minus Ray Liotta being a great over the top serial killer, the movie is chock full of bad acting and a weird storyline. What’s even more baffling is that they made TWO DTV sequels. 1.5/5
The Meg (2018) – Prepping for The Meg 2 by giving this a rewatch. It’s so completely ridiculous and I enjoyed the crap out of it. It’s just so insane, it works. I’m still not sure how they got Ben Wheatly to direct the sequel. 3.75/5
