‘Animaniacs’ Trailer: You Should See Their New Contract

Hulu has released an official trailer for Animaniacs, the upcoming revival of the popular ’90s animated series. Get a good look at the very funny trailer below.

I never watched the original Animaniacs when I was young. I actually thought they were some company’s attempt at replicating the Looney Tunes because they didn’t have the rights to Bugs Bunny. But now I see that Warner Bros. owns both the Animaniacs and the Tunes, so it’s true, you learn something new everyday.

This is actually a pretty funny trailer with a lot of good visual gags. I’m always one for self-referential humor, so seeing the Warners make light of there decades away from the spotlight got a good chuckle from me.

Oh, and Pinky and the Brain are back if you’re fans of them.

Plot Synopsis:

They’re back! The Warner brothers, Yakko and Wakko, and the Warner sister Dot, have a great time wreaking havoc and mayhem in the lives of everyone they meet. After returning to their beloved home, the Warner Bros. water tower, the siblings waste no time in causing chaos and comic confusion as they run loose through the studio, turning the world into their personal playground. Joining Yakko, Wakko and Dot, fan-favorite characters Pinky and the Brain also return to continue their quest for world domination.

Animaniacs begins streaming November 20, 2020 on Netflix.

Screenagers, are you interested in watching the revival? Fond memories of the original from your childhood?
