New ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ Trailer

20th Century Studios has released a new official trailer for Avatar: The Way of Water. Let’s take a look.

Is it visually stunning? Yes. Will that be enough to get me to see this in theaters? No.

I’m sorry, but I just do not care at all about James Cameron‘s Avatar franchise. The original 2009 film is heavily overrated. This film will maybe hit $1.5 billion, but that’s it. Personally, I would love to see this bomb at the box office, but I feel that’s wishful thinking on my part.

Avatar: The Way of Water stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, and Kate Winslet.

Plot Synopsis:

Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, “Avatar: The Way of Water” begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.

Avatar: The Way of Water opens in theaters on December 16, 2022.

What do you guys think? Interested in seeing this at all?
