Warner Bros. has released an official trailer for Black Adam. The upcoming DC Extended Universe installment stars Dwayne Johnson as the titular anti-hero. Let’s take a look.
I never thought a Black Adam film would be one of my most anticipated DC films, but here we are. I think the action looks quite enjoyable here. Fingers crossed, DC and the Rock deliver the goods!
Johnson stars alongside Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Sarah Shahi as Adrianna, Marwan Kenzari as Ishmael, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Bodhi Sabongui as Amon, and Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate.
Plot Synopsis:
Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.
Black Adam opens in theaters on October 21, 2022.
