Warner Bros. Entertainment released an official trailer for Catwoman: Hunted at last weekend’s DC FanDome. The animated film is the latest release under the DC Universe Animated Original Movies banner. Let’s take a look.
Eh, the trailer makes this look like a typical DC animated movie. It doesn’t look bad, but it also doesn’t look good. The anime makes it stand out from the usual DC animation style, but not by much.
Honestly, I think the highlight of the film will be seeing Elizabeth Gillies and Stephanie Beatriz voicing Catwoman and Batwoman, respectively.
Plot Synopsis:
In the all-new original Catwoman: Hunted, Catwoman’s attempt to steal a priceless jewel puts her squarely in the crosshairs of both a powerful consortium of villains and the ever-resourceful Interpol, not to mention Batwoman. It might just be enough to contain her. Or not.
Catwoman: Hunted hits 4K, Blu-ray, and Digital on February 8, 2022.
