DC Studios has released an official teaser trailer for Clayface. The upcoming horror thriller from director James Watkins will be the third film released under the DC Universe.
Tom Rhys Harries stars in the title role of the Gotham City villain. Naomi Ackie, David Dencik, Max Minghella, Eddie Marsan, Nancy Carroll, and Joshua James round out the ensemble.
Clayface was written by Mike Flanagan and Hossein Amini, based on a story by Flanagan, based on characters from DC. The film is produced by Matt Reeves, Lynn Harris, James Gunn, and Peter Safran.
Plot Synopsis:
Clayface unravels one man’s horrifying descent from rising Hollywood star to revenge-filled monster in a story that explores the loss of one’s identity and humanity, corrosive love, and the dark underbelly of scientific ambition.
Clayface opens in theaters on October 23, 2026.
