‘Confess, Fletch’ Trailer: Crime Has Never Been This Disorganized

Paramount has released an official trailer for Confess, Fletch. The upcoming comedy film is based on Gregory Mcdonald’s 1976 novel of the same name and stars Jon Hamm as the titular journalist. Let’s take a look.

This looks silly but fun. I’ll probably check this out when it comes to Paramount+ but not before then. Though I will give a shout-out to whoever made the film’s poster because it looks cool as fuck.

In addition to Hamm, Confess, Fletch stars Marcia Gay Harden, Kyle MacLachlan, Roy Wood Jr., and John Slattery.

Plot Synopsis:

In this delightful comedy romp, Jon Hamm stars as the roguishly charming and endlessly troublesome Fletch, who becomes the prime suspect in a murder case while searching for a stolen art collection. The only way to prove his innocence? Find out which of the long list of suspects is the culprit – from the eccentric art dealer and a missing playboy to a crazy neighbor and Fletch’s Italian girlfriend. Crime, in fact, has never been this disorganized.

Confess, Fletch will release in limited theaters and on premium video on demand on September 16, 2022, followed by a Showtime premiere on October 28, 2022.
