Netflix has released an official teaser for Cursed, its upcoming adaptation of Frank Miller’s graphic novel based on the Arthurian legends. We got some first look images a month or so ago, but now we have a Katherine Langford narrated teaser that look specifically made for marketing purposes.
I mean there’s not much here (besides over-played slow-motion) to really get me to make an opinion on the series. I think Langford is a good enough actor, and I’m interested in the Arthurian mythology, so this should interest me. But it doesn’t. I’ll probably see it, but this teaser definitely didn’t make me circling July 17 on the calendar and cancelling all my plans that day. Hopefully a full-length trailer will change my mind.
Plot Synopsis:
Cursed begins streaming July 17, 2020 on Netflix.
