Final ‘Uncharted’ Trailer

Sony has released a final official trailer for Uncharted, based on the best-selling video game series of the same name. Let’s take a look.

Huge fan of the games, so I would be seeing this in theaters regardless of quality. Luckily, it doesn’t look like it will be a complete dumpster fire.

Sure, I wish Nathan Drake was a bit older and someone other than Mark Wahlberg had been cast as Scully, but oh well. The story looks like it was pulled straight from the games and as long as their are some smart action set pieces I’ll be entertained.

Plot Synopsis:

Street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune amassed by Ferdinand Magellan and lost 500 years ago by the House of Moncada. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Santiago Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother…but only if they can learn to work together.

Uncharted hits theaters February 11, 2022 in the UK and February 18, 2022 in the US.

What do you guys think? Interested in seeing this at all?
