Lex Luthor will receive his iconic warsuit armor in Man of Tomorrow.
DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn, who is also the writer and director of Man of Tomorrow, shared the first look at Nicholas Hoult in the DC Universe sequel on X. “Fit check. Live from the set of Man of Tomorrow,” the post read.
Gunn likely posted the first-look image to get ahead of the leaked set photos and videos of the suit, which started emerging pretty much immediately after the post. A couple of them can be viewed below, via X.
Man of Tomorrow wasn’t the only movie that we received a first look at this week. Chris Hemsworth also shared some behind-the-scenes images from his upcoming movie Kockroach to mark the end of principal photography.
“That’s a wrap on our film Kockroach. Quite possibly the most fun I’ve had on a set. Amazing cast and crew and one hell of a wild script! Can’t wait for you to see it !!” Hemsworth wrote.
Set in New York, Kockroach tells the story of a mysterious stranger who takes on the city’s criminal underworld, transforming himself into a larger-than-life boss in a city where power is everything.
It is based on William Lashner‘s 2006 novel of the same name, which itself is a reimagining of Franz Kafka’s 1915 novella The Metamorphosis.
Are you excited for Man of Tomorrow and/or Kockroach? What do you think of the first-look images?
