Guy Ritchie’s ‘Wrath of Man’ Trailer is Here

Yesterday, MGM released an official trailer for Wrath of Man the newest Guy Ritchie film.

I didn’t realize this was a remake of a 2004 French film called Cash Truck that was directed by Nicolas Boukhrief. But overall it looks like a pretty solid action/thriller from what I see. Plus it’s good to see Statham being directed again by his old pal because 16 years is a long time apart.

Even though this was originally supposed to come out in January and ultimately pushed back twice, hopefully things start turning around and this can actually have a good run in theaters. The film also stars Holt McCallany, Scott Eastwood, Jeffrey Donovan, Laz Alonso, Niamh Algar and holy moly that was Josh Hartnett in there too.

Plot Synopsis:

Mysterious and wild-eyed, a new security guard for a cash truck surprises his co-workers when he unleashes precision skills during a heist. The crew is left wondering who he is and where he came from. Soon, the marksman’s ultimate motive becomes clear as he takes dramatic and irrevocable steps to settle a score.

Wrath of Man hits theaters May 7, 2021.
