‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ Cast and Production Date Announced

Well here we have it kids Lucasfilm released the official cast list yesterday for their newest live action series Obi-Wan Kenobi which will begin production this April.

Then write whatever you want here about that was in the trailer and your reaction.

From Lucasfilm:

“The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Kenobi faced his greatest defeat, the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker turned evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is directed by Deborah Chow, director of two critically acclaimed episodes of The Mandalorian Season 1.

The series also marks the return of Hayden Christensen in the role of Darth Vader.”

I gotta say that is one helluva cast right there. I like that they are bringing back some of the prequel actors (yes, even Hayden Christensen). Plus some of these others are a pretty welcomed surprise. Who ever would have thunk that Benny Safdie would be in a galaxy far, far away?

Obi-Wan Kenobi will be available exclusively on Disney+.

What do you guys think? Interested in seeing this at all?
