Netflix and Rian Johnson have revealed the official title for Knives Out 3.
The third installment in the Benoit Blanc murder mystery series has been titled Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. Yes, the stupid subtitle that was first attached to 2022’s Glass Onion is back. Why? I do not know, but I’m going to blame Netflix.
“In the beginning, the knives came out. Then, behold, the glass was shattered. But my most dangerous case yet is about to be revealed,” narrates Daniel Craig, in character as Benoit Blanc, in the 45-second video. Production on the forthcoming threequel is set to commence later this year.
