Netflix has released an official trailer for Outside the Wire. It is the latest action film to debut on the streaming service. It follows in the footsteps of previous successes like Extraction and The Old Guard.
Doesn’t look too bad. I might check this out. I’m getting a bit bored of the whole android-action flick thing though, so hopefully this film does something special with the material.
Plot Synopsis:
When disgraced drone pilot, Lt. Harp (Damson Idris) is sent into a deadly militarized zone after disobeying orders, he finds himself working for Capt. Leo (Anthony Mackie), an android officer tasked with locating a doomsday device before insurgents do.
Outside the Wire begins streaming January 15, 2021.
