Warner Bros. has released a new official trailer for The Matrix Resurrections. Let’s take a look and see if the film is worth our time.

I don’t really care about The Matrix though, so maybe I’m not the best judge on if this is worth our collective time and money. I’d go see it for Keanu Reeves though. That man can do no wrong in my eyes.
In addition to Reeves, The Matrix Resurrections stars Carrie-Anne Moss, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Christina Ricci, and Jada Pinkett Smith.
Plot Synopsis:
The Matrix Resurrections is a continuation of the story established in the first MATRIX film. It reunites Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss as cinematic icons Neo & Trinity in an expansion of their story that ventures back into the Matrix and even deeper down the rabbit hole. A mind-bending new adventure with action and epic scale, it’s set in a familiar yet even more provocative world where reality is more subjective than ever and all that’s required to see the truth is to free your mind.
The Matrix Resurrections hits theaters and HBO Max on December 22, 2021.
