Sony Pictures has released an official red band trailer for No Hard Feelings, an upcoming coming-of-age sex comedy starring Jennifer Lawrence. Let’s take a look.
It has been too long since I saw Jennifer Lawrence on the big screen. (Although it’s been even longer since I saw Matthew Broderick up there.) This looks like some disposable R-rated raunchiness, but here’s hoping there’s some nuance sprinkled over this film that the trailer isn’t showing us. Either way, I’m watching.
No Hard Feelings also stars Andrew Feldman, Laura Benanti, and Natalie Morales.
Plot Synopsis:
On the brink of losing her childhood home, Maddie (Lawrence) discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to “date” their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, before he leaves for college. To her surprise, Maddie soon discovers the awkward Percy is no sure thing.
Directed by Gene Stupnitsky, No Hard Feelings opens in theaters on June 23, 2023.
