Even though Mr. Nolan likes to re-cast the same actors in most of his films, he stills brings in new ones from time to time. With him working with John David Washington and Robert Pattinson for the first time in his newly released Tenet, we thought it would be a fun idea to throw out some names for his future projects of actors that haven’t worked with him yet. We would love to hear some actors you think would be a great fit for Nolan that haven’t worked with him.
For my picks, I went with the versatile but menacing Javier Bardem. I could see him plugged into any scenario that Nolan conjures for him. Ali feels like one that’s just a matter of time before it happens. He can act in drama and can do action. I just love Amy Adams and would love to see her work with my two favorite directors in Nolan and Tarantino. Pugh is a rising star that should be around for a long time with it fitting for her to work with one of the best directors today. And for my pick, most of y’all will laugh at but I love Michael Cera. I think there is a dramatic and almost sinister side to him that is just waiting for the right director to tap into. Those are my picks, let me know yours down in the comments!
