Power Rankings: Emotionally Devastating Movies

The SAW Power Rankings is our weekly ranking of a certain movie-related topic. Please feel free to comment on our rankings and provide a list of your own in the comments below.

Movies are all about making the viewer feel a certain way about what they are watching. (Well, most movies at least. Some are just about the cash.) Whether it’s laughing, anger, excitement or whatever emotion in between, the filmmakers and the actors are all trying to get the viewer to connect with the film emotionally. We have decided to rank some of the most emotionally devastating movies that hit us right in the feels like a ton of bricks.

What are some movies that wrecked you emotionally? Have you seen any from our lists and did they have the same impact on you that it did us? Let us which ones and why they were able to connect with you down in the comments!
