Lionsgate has released an official trailer for Pursuit, an upcoming action thriller that stars John Cusack and Emile Hirsch. Let’s take a look.
I’ll be passing. I’m not the biggest fan of any of these actors, and the film looks like it’s going to be offering us nothing new. Do you feel the same?
Pursuit also stars Jake Manley (Midway), Elizabeth Ludlow (The Walking Dead), William Katt (The Greatest American Hero), Andrew Stevens (Dallas), and Graham Patrick Martin (Major Crimes).
Plot Synopsis:
An action thriller about a tough cop’s hunt for an even tougher criminal. Det. Breslin crosses paths with Calloway (Hirsch), a ruthless hacker desperate to find his wife, who has been kidnapped by a drug cartel. When Calloway escapes police custody, Breslin joins forces with a no-nonsense female cop to reclaim his convict. But is Calloway’s crime-boss father (Cusack) somehow involved in the explosive situation?
Pursuit opens in select theaters and on VOD on February 18, 2022.
