Another week. Another movie. The Canon: An Essential Movies Watchlist is back with more movie magic. This week, we’re talking The Maltese Falcon.
Happy listening, screenagers!
Episode 71: The Maltese Falcon (1941)

This episode is the stuff dreams are made of! Believe it or not, this is The Canon’s first proper film noir discussion. SAW Contributor Bob Cram, and the newest SAW in law, Hannah Loomis (of the What a Picture Podcast) join Raf to talk all things The Maltese Falcon. Pretty crazy that this is John Huston’s first directorial effort, the movie that made Humphrey Bogart a star, and the definitive film noir. Also in this episode – a surprising amount of Nic Cage talk.
