New ‘The Pale Blue Eye’ Trailer

Netflix has released a new official trailer for the gothic horror mystery film The Pale Blue Eye. Let’s take a look.

Looks pretty good! I think I’ll be watching!

Bale leads an ensemble cast that includes Harry Melling, Gillian Anderson, Lucy Boynton, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Toby Jones, Harry Lawtey, Simon McBurney, Timothy Spall, and Robert Duvall.

Plot Synopsis:

West Point, 1830. A world-weary detective is hired to discreetly investigate the gruesome murder of a cadet. Stymied by the cadets’ code of silence, he enlists one of their own to help unravel the case — a young man the world would come to know as Edgar Allan Poe.

Directed by Scott Cooper, The Pale Blue Eye opens in select theaters on December 23, 2022, before coming to Netflix on January 6, 2023.
