Pixar has released an official teaser trailer for Turning Red. Let’s take a look at the upcoming original animated film and see if it matches Pixar’s previous stellar output.
Okay, this actually looks like it could be really funny. It’s not something I’d pay to see in theaters, but as soon as this is on Disney+ I’m sure I’ll check it out.
Plot Synopsis:
Young actress Rosalie Chiang lends her voice to Mei Lee, a 13-year-old who suddenly ‘poofs’ into a giant red panda when she gets too excited (which is practically ALWAYS). Sandra Oh voices Mei Lee’s protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, who is never far from her daughter—an unfortunate reality for the teenager.
