‘WandaVision’ Trailer: This Looks Weird as Hell

Marvel and Disney+ dropped the first trailer for WandaVision tonight. That’s all the opening I need to give this. Let’s dive in.

So here’s what we know … the series obviously takes place within the MCU, and is set after the events of 2019’s Avengers: Endgame. And while, Paul Bettany’s Vision technically died during the events of Avenger’s: Infinity War at the hands of Thanos (his death is even referenced in the trailer), who knows what exactly has brought him back for the events of the show.

I don’t know about you, but I dug it, and will definitely be watching it when it drops later this year on D+.

In addition to Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany reprising their roles as Scarlet Witch and Vision, the cast includes Kathryn Hahn, Teyonah Parris, Kat Dennings, and Randall Park.

Plot Synopsis:

Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. The new series is directed by Matt Shakman; Jac Schaeffer is head writer. Debuts on Disney+ this year.

WandaVision begins streaming in December 2020 on Disney+.

What do you guys think? Interested in seeing this at all?
