Let us know what you have been watching recently on the big and small screen. Excited about any upcoming releases? Doing anything fun this weekend? Simply sitting around in your underwear eating dang quesadillas while watching movies and endlessly scrolling through social media? Let us know below!

MOVIES AND SHOWS WATCHED THIS WEEK

Prey (2022) – I gotta say, I kinda enjoyed it this. I like that it went back to a simpler story line and was placed in a pretty cool setting. Overall the film has some cool visuals with a solid female lead character. 3.75/5

Predator 2 (1990) – Hadn’t seen this one in years, so after finishing Prey, I saw it was on Hulu and gave it a shot. I like the urban jungle aspect of it this time around. It mixes things up a bit. I also like that the Predator actually kinda fucks with Harrigan through out the film. I just can’t figure out how the one Predator at the end gives Harrigan the pistol from Prey. 3.75/5

Alien vs. Predator (2004) – Continued down the rabbit hole… Only saw this once when it first came out and now I remember why. It’s just not good. I do remember the sequel being worse though. In theory it is a great concept based on the fact that the end of Predator 2 showed a xenomorph skull among its trophies and the comics were a huge success, but Paul W.S. Anderson just does not deliver. Plus it’s PG-13 FFS. 2/5
