Snake Eyes (1998) – I skipped this back in the day because I was tired of Nicholas Cage and 8MM was pretty awful. But this turned out to be a better little thriller than I expected. As always it’s very much DePalma being DePalma, Cage gets a little hammy, but it works.  3.5/5

Reggie (2023) – Documentary about Reggie Jackson. I knew about his three home runs in one World Series game, but not much more to be honest. I didn’t realize how much of a struggle it still was to be a black baseball players in the 70s. 3.5/5
