WHAT I WATCHED THIS WEEK

Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023) – The first film a a breath of fresh air in the DCEU, sadly this one isn’t quite as good as that one. It’s not bad per say, but it just seems weak in comparison. I think since the story isn’t actually from a comic run and was made up for the film could be why.  3/5

Three Pines (2022) – Prime cancelled this after one season, which is a bit of a bummer. It was nice to have a crime/ mystery show that wrapped up small stories in two episodes that blend with an overarching story as well. It wasn’t anything mind blowing, but it did a good job keeping you entertained. 3.75/5
