We’re about to head into the last three months of 2023. The ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes have seen more than a couple of films delayed to 2024 (Gone, but never forgotten, Dune: Part Two).
However, there are always lots of films that slip through the cracks. That’s why, the question I ask today is: what 2023 movies do you recommend the rest of the Wasteland check out?
Well, my pick is Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. It had a lot of marketing behind it but failed to really blow up the box office. Yet, it’s still my favorite movie of the year. The filmmakers behind Game Night know how to make a fun-as-hell action-comedy.
